Common Questions About Your Privacy at 10club

These answers cover the questions we hear most often about how personal data is handled, what you can request, and what happens to your information when you use payment methods like UPI, Paytm or PhonePe on our platform.

We collect your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and KYC documents needed for identity verification. When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also record the transaction reference and payment identifier linked to that method.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — payment processors for UPI and PhonePe transactions, KYC verification partners, and analytics providers using anonymised data only. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Send a data access request to the privacy email address in your account settings, including your registered mobile number. We will verify your identity and deliver a copy of your data within 30 days of confirming the request.

Yes. Once your account is closed and the statutory retention period under Indian financial regulations has passed, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days. Submit a deletion request through the In-App Chat or by email to the privacy team.

Payment transactions through UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant partners. We store only the transaction reference and last-four digits where required; full payment credentials are never held on our servers.

We send an email to your registered address and show an in-platform notice for 14 days whenever the policy is updated. The effective date at the top of the policy also changes so you can track which version governs your account.

Reach out to our data support team via the In-App Chat or by email first; we aim to resolve concerns within 72 hours. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant Indian data protection authority as permitted by applicable law.
